ABOUT ME

I am a coach, facilitating people to find more joy and less stress and pressure in their lives. I am also a climate activist and Climate Reality Leader.

After qualifying as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young, I spent the rest of my corporate career in the public sector, working in the NHS, police and Civil Service. While my roles were initially finance roles, I always gravitated to developing people. I would get involved in recruitment, training finance staff, and upskilling the wider organisation.

In the Civil Service I had the opportunity to make people and organisational development my full-time role, which was a privilege and delight.  I have recruited over a thousand people. I developed learning and career management strategies. I implemented and led the design and set-up of the cross-government Finance Fast Stream, the Civil Service’s graduate accountancy training scheme.

I qualified as a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I have undertaken face to face trainings with many leading coaches and transformation professionals, including Kimberley Hare, Julian Russell, John Seymour, John Grinder, Michael Neill, Richard Bandler, David Sheppard, Michael Grinder and Tony Robbins.

I am also an associate of Synergy Global Pty Ltd, an international consultancy, providing Organisational Development. I am Team Leader Europe, and Three Principles lead for Synergy Global.
